Elahe Izadi is a Washington, D.C.-based journalist with experience covering politics, demographics, development and crime. She currently writes for National Journal.
Previously, she maintained DCentric, an NPR Project Argo blog about race and class at WAMU 88.5. Elahe has lived in Central America, worked on a Native American reservation and is fluent in Spanish and Persian.
